Situated in the Pennines between the Derbyshire Peak District and the Yorkshire Dales within easy reach of Manchester, Leeds, the Calderdale Way and the Pennine Way, there is something for everyone. Whether it is fell walking, cycling, sight seeing, visiting historic houses and towns, entertainment, shopping or just relaxing we have it all.

There are so many public footpaths criss-crossing the area that you will be able to devise a variety of routes to suit all appetites.
If cycling is your passion and you like a challenge (we are at over 300m above sea level, even though we are only just over a mile from the town) with the rewards of fantastic scenery then you should really come and explore the area.
 

Location

We are just over a mile from Todmorden railway station, where there is a good taxi service if you are arriving by rail.

Todmorden is easily accessible by road from all parts of the country having several nearby motorway links and we have plenty of off-street parking.

The Pennine Way passes within about 3 miles of the house, and the Calderdale Way passes within about 300 yards.

This room has a private bathroom, with bath and separate shower enclosure.

Orange Room

Orange Room - Deluxe double bedroom

Our deluxe room is located on the ground floor and also has a queen size bed, two comfortable chairs and garden views.

There is an en-suite, wet room with fold away shower seat.
